Add a mount.bcachefs tool This tool currently has most of the fundmental features implemented. It can mount a filesystem specified by uuid, it can ask password for an encrypted filesystem. Rust now integrated into bcachefs binary Rust is now required for building the bcachefs tool, and rust code is now fully integrated with the C codebase - meaning it is possible to call back and forth. The mount helper is now a subcommand, 'mount.bcachefs' is now a small shell wrapper that invokes 'bcachefs mount'. mount: replace rpassword with rustix::termios because rpassword unconditionally open()s /dev/tty, it fails with ENXIO on the console without workarounds like busybox's cttyhack. in contrast, bcachefs unlock works fine on console, so change the passphrase prompt logic in mount to be closer to what it is in unlock. feat: use env_logger Instead of the custom logger impl, which limits the features we can easily provide for users. This introduces the `BCACHEFS_LOG` environment variable for setting the log verbosity. Setting `BCACHEFS_LOG=trace`, e.g. in a test environment, will yield all log messages. At the moment versions were picked from debian bookworm (debian stable since 2023-06), except blkid (util-linux) where 2.40.1 is required: https://github.com/koverstreet/bcachefs-tools/pull/347 libaio is excluded because it doesn't provide a pkg-config file. Also remove libscrypt from debian/control since we use the libsodium implementation.
