chore(agents): drop CLAUDE.md duplicate of AGENTS.md

Browse Source 
AGENTS.md holds the full agent workflow rules; the CLAUDE.md copy only
duplicated the beads integration block. Update the serena core memory so
it points at the one remaining file.
