x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: update kernel-open USE description
590.xx drops the USE and enables it, but users may be confused as to whether it is being used or not. 590.xx also has a one-time postinst message about this if upgrading from an old version. Signed-off-by: Ionen Wolkens <ionen@gentoo.org>
