media-gfx/blender: force EGIT_LFS_CLONE_TYPE="single"
Pruning the lfs files after the initial clone results in long wait and potential
`Prune error: Git can't resolve ref: "HEAD"`.

We avoid this by only cloning a single version of the lfs.
