* lttng-ust 2.12 has a lot of binary revdeps which means it will be a around for a long time. Newer versions of lttng-tools won't work with the older branch, so to avoid hurt lets revert the removal. I'll fix the libxml2.14 issues in a later revision. Reverts: bda231dfbb439ec9d30ce793820975cc33dd0984.
