Dhanji R. Prasanna 775bcd10a5 chore: remove g3-console crate entirely ...

The g3-console crate was not referenced by any other crate in the
workspace and appears to be an abandoned web console implementation.

Removed:
- crates/g3-console/ (entire directory)
- Workspace member entry in Cargo.toml
