Subject: [PATCH 06/34] test: $PATH += /sbin so fstab-generator finds fsck

Our fsck is in /sbin, not /usr/sbin. (Likely, Debian's was in /sbin
before the ill-advised usr-merge, too.)
This cannot be upstreamed.
