x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: stabilize 580.95.05 for amd64

Note that the 570.x branch is (currently) still supported so, if the
580.x branch is causing issues with what you use, feel free to keep
using it until 580+ improves.

For (most) users it should work fine though, so feel it's about time
to stabilize it.
