Michael Orlitzky e205843aab mail-client/evolution: fix USE=libnotify in a new revision 
The libnotify detection used to be automatic and involved an ebuild
hack, but now it is handled by the build system:

  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/commit/699741f9760150f0

This fixes the libnotifyless build.
